Rooted by Stacey provides ecosocial planning and design services. Evolved from the permaculture design process which is typically applied to landscapes, Rooted by Stacey services include design and planning social systems through an ecological lens. Utilizing elements of permaculture design, community and strategic planning, group facilitation and life coaching, services are customized to help you design personal regenerative livelihoods and regenerative organizational systems. In other words, the ecosystem being planned and designed is you, your business or your organization instead of just the land you inhabit. Rooted by Stacey provides uniquely tailored services for individuals, businesses and organizations looking to design the way in which they work and function as a thriving, resilient ecosystem with shared vision, goals, collaborative leadership and collective action.
Business & Organizational Ecosocial Design
Typically includes Workshops and Professional Development opportunities that Integrate Ecological Design Thinking into Social Systems, Structures, Plans and Culture. Used for creating strategic plans, visioning sessions, and team building practices. Roughly 20+ hours and includes:

Workshops on how to use ecological design to create and support the culture of your business or organization

Lectures, sharing, interactive practices and team building to reach the desired outcome of the business or organization

Designing and facilitating a strategic planning process for a business or organization using ecological design thinking
*The amount of time needed to plan, prepare and deliver ecosocial design services will be developed on a case-by-case basis with client
Personal Ecosocial Design
Roughly 10+ hours and includes:

Utilizing the permaculture design process and principles, mindfulness and reflective practices, and life coaching to co-design with a client their best regenerative livelihood

Work with client to design a regenerative way of being, living and working in this world rooted in passion and purpose, and develop tools for transitioning patterns, behaviors, thinking and action
*Similar to life coaching, the amount of sessions, preparation and time for this service will be determined by Rooted by Stacey based on client’s goals, availability and budget
Community Permaculture Design
As a stand alone opportunity or as part of a planned Permaculture Design Course, Rooted by Stacey provides community permaculture design by engaging students of permaculture in a real world project. Facilitated by Rooted by Stacey, students in a design course will learn about permaculture design and apply techniques to a site and present final designs to client. If a permaculture design course is not planned by Rooted by Stacey, a client can work with Rooted by Stacey to see if there is an opportunity to host and support one.
