Intentional Writing Workshop

The intentional writing workshop series brings people together to experience writing as a way of creative expressing their truth and processing the challenges in our world and in our personal lives. The workshop series will include weekly themes and meditations, readings, generative writing exercises and optional take-home writing prompts to expand learning and experience. Writing is a form of revolution and expansion. Come experience it for yourself!

Embodying Ecology Design Workshop

Rooted in the ethics and principles of permaculture, the Embodying Ecology Design Workshop provides participants with the opportunity to design and organize their own lives in alignment with ecology and with their true authentic nature. The workshop will include:

An Embody Ecology guidebook and three at-home pre-recorded videos on the definitions, ethics and principles of permaculture as a foundation
Two full-day in-person workshops to apply ecological wisdom to designing our personal lives and our work in community
A final gathering of cohorts to share our designs and celebrate
